I had the idea to build a clockwork mimic. Web what is a mimic's true form? Its statistics are the same in each form. The mimic can use its action to polymorph into an object or back into its true, amorphous form. The game will have four books with four chapters each, featuring one of the beasts as the antagonist. It is believed that seeing its true form will cause a mysterious illness or even a painful death. +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. A mimic can extend pseudopods, up to four at once, to move, manipulate, or even wield objects while in this form. Since this pokémon is weakened by sunlight, it is rumored that the veil is used for protection.
